Just a note to say I'm back safe and sound.
Check back to my blog within the week if you're curious of how my trip went.
Keep in mind though, I may not tell all, cause what happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, but I'll see. I just wont say how much $ I was in the hole before I won it all back and then some.

I'm still too tired to write or reply now. I came back and fell asleep with no sheets or pillows on my bed, lights on, and tv blasting....yeah....thats how tired I was.

The adductor, thigh master, call it what you will, killed my groin. Nice 60lbs or muscle tearing machine. I get to go into work at 10:30 tomorrow too. Uh boy.
Although, I love the eliptical (sp?). Had a productive workout today. I think today was the first time I had my heart rate up to 180!! Cardio training, and way above my fat burn zone. I stayed at that rate for over 15minutes. Needless to say, every article of clothing I was wearing could not escape the sweat. dreanched to the bone. Felt so good though. Amazing stress relief too. Nice....very nice. If I can do that every other day, I'll be golden.

My subcription has expired, but I'm not going to renew it until after vacation.
I leave for Vegas on the 12th, so I won't be on the computer for that week, so I might as well renew it when I come home.
Wheeee Vegas. Staying at Aladdin, which is right next to Paris and the Belagio. I can't wait. I'll take lots of pictures and load them to a site.
